His vision and leadership have been instrumental in shaping LCBA into the strong and compassionate organization it is today. We express our deepest gratitude to President Tuttle for his exemplary service and wish him a well-deserved and fulfilling retirement.

In preparation for this transition, the LCBA Board of Directors has conducted a thorough search for the next leader who can build upon the legacy left by President Tuttle. We are pleased to announce that Brian Young has been appointed to be just the ninth President and CEO of LCBA, effective January 1, 2024.

Brian Young has served in various leadership roles within the organization. His commitment to our mission, deep understanding of our values, and strategic vision make him the ideal candidate to lead LCBA into its next chapter.

We are confident that Brian will continue to uphold the principles that have defined LCBA and drive the organization to new heights.
